Fiberglass Grating (FRP Gratings)

Fiberglass grating is a floor grate that comes in two varieties - molded fiberglass grating and pultruded fiberglass grating.

Molded FRP Grating is made by using a "mold" as the name implies. Grating is made quickly and less expensively. Prices are lower, but it also breaks down more quickly and has less load capabilities than pultruded FRP grating.

Pultruded FRP Grating is made using the pultrusion process, or pulling the glass strands through a machine, then layering them, and finally supporting these long pultruded segments with cross bars. There are a variety of shapes available for pultruded fiberglass grating, as well as options for depth, width of cross-beams, and the type of resin used.

Fiberglass Handrails (FRP Railing Systems)

Railing systems are made with pultruded fiberglass, through pulling strands of glass through a pultrusion machine, covering it with a glass roving, and sealing it with resin.

FRP handrails are the ideal solution for corrosive environments. They are corrosion resistant, lightweight, and easy to install on site. Fiberglass Tubes can be cut with regular carpenter's tools using diamond-tipped blades, and assembled on site.

Standard tubes are square, 2" x 2" x 20', or round, 2" diameter x 20'. Standard color is safety yellow.

Fiberglass Structural Members (FRP Beams)

FRP structural components include beams, supports, and angle. These are lightweight and corrosion resistant, outlasting traditional building materials like wood and steel. They are also invisible to radio and EMF waves, so are ideal for radio and satellite towers.

Fiberglass Plate

This is one option of anti-slip flooring, particularly popular for waterparks, where the floor plate needs to be corrosion resistant, durable, non-slip, and easy to install. FRP Plate comes in gritted and smooth, and in a variety of thicknesses ranging from 1/8" to 3/4".
